A new study by travel.ai, "Las Vegas: A Tourism and Migration Deep Dive," reveals that the city's iconic Strip is experiencing a surge in upscale visitors, cementing its position as a premier vacation spot.     Affluent Visitors Flock to Las Vegas, Driving Up Median Income The report shows that monthly visitation levels have consistently exceeded pre-pandemic numbers since mid-2023, with the median income of visitors climbing steadily each year since 2022. Currently, the median income of visitors stands at $93,000 per year, a significant increase from the pre-pandemic average.   Migration Data Reveals Influx of High-Wage Earners Moreover, migration data indicates that Southern Nevada is attracting a large number of high-wage earners, drawn by the region's cost of living and tax benefits. This influx of affluent residents is likely to have a significant impact on the local economy and amenities.   Visitor Satisfaction Remains High Despite Some Complaints According to the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority's 2023 Visitor Profile Study, visitor satisfaction levels remain high, with 95% of visitors reporting a positive experience.
