Boxing Legend Oscar De La Hoya Lists Henderson Home for $20 Million
Oscar De La Hoya, the famous boxer, is selling his custom-built Blue Heron home in Henderson's MacDonald Highlands community for $20 million. The single-story, five-bedroom, seven-bathroom residence spans 8,954 square feet and features 2,409 square feet of outdoor space, a pool, spa, and outdoor kitchen. De La Hoya purchased the property in April 2022 for $14.6 million and has since added a game room with a virtual golf simulator and a movie theater. The luxury home is a rare find in Las Vegas' current housing market, which is seeing a resurgence in investor-purchased properties. Zar Zanganeh, the listing agent and managing partner of The Agency in Las Vegas, confirmed that De La Hoya is staying in Las Vegas with his family and is upgrading to a larger home.
