Southern Nevada's Housing Market Heats Up: Prices Surge 7% in May In a scorching hot housing market, Las Vegas home prices are inching closer to an all-time record, with the median price for an existing home reaching $473,000 in May, a 7% increase from the same month in 2023, according to a report released by Las Vegas Realtors.   Condos and Townhomes Hit Record High: Median Price Reaches $295,000 Condos and townhomes in the valley have already reached a record high, with the median price landing at $295,000, up 7% from May 2023.
