Cadence in Henderson Leads Las Vegas Valley in New Home Construction

The Henderson subdivision of Cadence is spearheading new home construction in Clark County, with 153 homes starting construction in the last 12 months. This averages 12.8 homes per month, according to data from Zonda. The community is being developed by The LandWell Company and features homes ranging from $400,000 to $700,000-plus.   Cadence is celebrating its 10th year of development and has already completed 1,000 homes. The community will have a total of 12,250 residential units when completed in roughly five years. Homes in Cadence are attracting buyers of all demographics, including first-time homeowners, new families, and empty nesters.   The community is anchored by the 50-acre Central Park and the Citrine Sky Park, and already features an ER hospital and the 30-acre Cadence Village Center. New home sales are becoming increasingly popular, making up the majority of sales for real estate agents.   The Las Vegas Valley's residential real estate market has been impacted by high interest rates and a lack of supply, but master-planned communities like Cadence are offering incentives like promotional interest rates and negotiations to attract buyers.   Stay up-to-date on the Las Vegas real estate market with me!
